Get Started​

You can sign up for Spatetree Pharmacy online by clicking “Get Started” or by calling us.

Anyone taking medications on regular bases.

Signing up takes about 2-3 minutes. You’ll only need to enter basic information about yourself on the Get Started form.

Spatetree Pharmacy will take all the hassle out of ordering your medication. We will

  1. Dispense your medication in their original boxes clearly labelled with the name and dose of your medication
  2. Deliver to an address of your choice free of charge.

We will manage the whole process for you.

Although we inform your GP that you have signed up to the service. It would not harm if you inform your GP and ask them to send your prescription via Electronic Prescription Service.

It can take up to 5 working days. However, this varies depending on how many medications you have and the last time you ordered your medications from the GP. Should you need medication while we’re setting up your account, we’re happy to help.

Please get in touch with our customer services team as soon as possible to ensure we meet your requirements.

If you do not have a valid NHS exemption certificate we will email an invoice that you’ll need to pay before we dispatch your medication.

Delivery

We send all our packages via Royal Mail signed for service or using our own drivers to ensure it is received by an adult and on time.

If you need medications immediately we can work with your GP to get your prescriptions. We hold a large amount of stock and can dispense medication very quickly once your GP issues the prescription.

Your doctor can electronically send your new prescriptions to us directly via EPS*. Please get in touch with our customer services team as soon as possible to ensure we meet your requirements.
